You will need to use eyes that are completely filled in and round. Move them as close together as possible - I believe I also rotated/angled them upwards. Use the eyebrows that are thick half circles and position them over the top of the eyes - you may have to experiment with size and rotation. To fill in the gap at the top center of the mask, use the mole at its largest size and place into position - finally add the little two-line moustache just above the mole to fill it all in. That should do the trick!
